Tajoudddeen Bashir Baba is a seasoned administrator, marketing professional, accountant, and labour leader with over 35 years of experience in public service, commercial operations, ICT management, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as the National President of the Amalgamated Association of Academic and Educational Union of Nigeria (AAEUN). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Marketing and holds an MBA in Marketing, a PGDE in Educational Management, and a PGD in Accountancy. Over his distinguished career, he has successfully led strategic initiatives across both public and private sectors, including serving as Director of Special Assignment at the Kano State Computer Center and CEO/Managing Director of Greenwings Global Investment Ltd.

Comrade Tajouddeen Foundation (CTF) is a non-governmental and humanitarian organization established in October 2019 by Comrade Tajouddeen Baba. The foundation is dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals and communities across Nigeria.

Dr. Suraiya Tajouddeen Bashir
TrusteeDr. Suraiya Tajouddeen Bashir is a Family Medicine physician, public health professional, and researcher with a strong commitment to improving health outcomes through preventive care, community engagement, and evidence-based practice. She currently serves as a Senior Resident in Family Medicine at Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital, Kano, Nigeria, where she provides comprehensive, patient-centred care across all age groups.
Her interests extend beyond the consulting room. She is passionate about expanding access to education, empowering women and girls, supporting young people to reach their full potential, and promoting sustainable practices that protect both human health and the environment. She believes that meaningful development happens when communities are equipped with knowledge, opportunity, and the right support to thrive.
Humaira Tajouddeen Bashir
TrusteeHumaira Tajouddeen Bashir was born and raised in Kano State, Nigeria. She is a public health lecturer, researcher, and community development advocate dedicated to improving the quality of life of vulnerable populations through education, health promotion, and sustainable development initiatives. She is passionate about empowering young people, supporting underserved communities, and promoting equitable access to quality healthcare and education. Her work combines academic excellence with practical community engagement, enabling her to contribute meaningfully to initiatives that foster social impact and human development.

Department Coordinator – Community Reorientation & General DutiesMusa Rabiu Yakasai is a dedicated professional born on October 2, 1990, in the Kano Municipal Local Government Area of Kano State. Combining a strong academic foundation in Hausa language and culture with diverse, practical expertise across healthcare administration and Information Technology, he has built a multifaceted career. Over nearly a decade of professional service, Musa has demonstrated a deep commitment to community development, administrative efficiency, and education, earning several distinct recognitions from local community organizations for his leadership and service.
